EOH Token & Wallet Terms
EOH Tokens are prepaid, closed-loop credit issued by Echoes of Heritage Ltd. They can be used to bid in auctions and to pay for products and services on this site. They are not currency, not electronic money, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
How tokens are issued
- 1 EOH Token = £1 of spending power on this site.
- Tokens are purchased in bundles through our secure checkout.
- Your balance appears in your Wallet as soon as your payment is captured.
How tokens are spent
- Auctions: tokens are reserved when you bid and released if you are outbid.
- Shop: tokens can be applied at checkout, up to the total value of your order.
- You may combine tokens with a card payment on the same order.
Refunds and cancellations
- If we cancel an order or auction, any tokens applied are returned to your wallet.
- Consumer statutory rights are not affected.
Future: transferability and on-chain bridge
We are building the foundations to allow EOH Tokens to be transferred between accounts and, later, bridged to an on-chain representation for collectors who want that. When those features go live, additional terms will apply. Until then, tokens are personal to the account they were purchased for.
Fraud and abuse
We may suspend a wallet if we detect fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to exploit our systems. In that case tokens will be held pending review.
