- Why are prices not shown?
- Every membership is shaped around team size, cities and how much private programming you want. We reply to an application with a written proposal and a price band, usually within two working days.
- How do pooled credits work?
- Credits sit with the organisation, not the individual. Anyone on your account can request a seat, credits are held on request and confirmed when the events team approves the reservation.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Credits are for the membership term and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between organisations.
- Who controls what is published about our impact?
- The custodian communities. Naming, co-branding and story use is only published with their approval, and every programme pays the master rate.
